Signature Solar has always tried to be helpful. Some people there now(now they are a bigger company), are not quite as knowable, but they do try, and ask others for help with unfamiliar issues. Some are still top notch too. I have never had a problem with SS, and I have worked with them through 10-20 phone calls. Not all for this inverter. They have a huge support team. I know some people have not had a good experience, probably not many people, but that is not my experience with them. Everything was as expected.

Signature Solar has been fantastic in their support before, during, and after the sale. They've helped me several times with just technical questions, or if I was preparing to do something a little outside the box. I've had so few issues with the system, I haven't had to really call them in a panic because of a system-down situation. Mostly just, "Hey, I'm thinking about doing this in this way, what are your thoughts on the best way to accomplish this?" I did have to RMA one of my batteries, and they took care of that immediately.

Can't say enough good things about Signature Solar. They have a sterling reputation, because they're based in Texas, and they don't screw over their customers. They're helpful. And knowledgeable. Every business should operate the way they do.

No issues. Delivery arrived on time and I never use the customer service or support. No warranty claim filed either. No problem so far. Would purchase from again

Very happy with sales support. Only contact with Tech to to troubleshoot the issue with unable to get configuration changes to "stick" after a firmware update. Forget how long on the phone but it was pretty painless. I have not had any issues or problems with any of the items from Signature Solar since I made my purchase.
