I bought the package deal with panels. All 4 panels went bad within 6 months. They were great about replacing the first 2 and probably would've the remaining 2 but I just chucked them. I think they just had a bad run at the production facility. I bought another set of 4 and all 6 have been working flawlessly for about a year.

Delivered in great packaging that was very thick that kept the product protected. All 4 of them arrived perfectly. No damage at all. Very happy with the packaging.

Ecoflow has been terrible to work with. Their selling process is obviously easy, they want you to spend your money. However, their support team leaves so much to be desired. I will not purchase any more of their products.

Disclosure: They had a promo for a battery bank, and the item was discounted, but these were publicly available promos.

First unit sent to me had a defective display screen. Took several communications before seller agreed to send me a replacement. The 2nd unit I received worked flawlessly. Would have preferred the return and replacement steps to be simpler (required me to take and send a video to prove the issue I had with original unit).
